This article provides support information to assist ET&S staff supporting customers who are trying to access data that was migrated from old GSC mapped (shared) drives to new SharePoint sites instead. Audience: Internal ET&S staff, especially Help Desk and Desktop Support technicians.

Current list of PSU shared drive administrators. We update this list as we create new drives and as we're made aware of staffing changes, but that being said we're not always aware of a staffing change so in some cases we may need to determine a new administrator. A department chair or director for a department is always authorized to make requests for their own department.
