This article describes how to access OneDrive with your USNH account on a desktop/laptop computer or mobile device.
How-To
Task: To sign in and access OneDrive on a desktop or laptop computer.
All Active KSC, PSU, UNH and USNH Staff, Faculty, and Students have access to OneDrive. This is included in the Microsoft 365 office suite.
Instructions
Step 1 - Open a web browser.
Notes: Recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
Step 2 - Navigate to https://portal.office.com
Step 3 - Enter your username@usnh.edu (fully qualified username, e.g. jbd2519@usnh.edu) and click Next.
Step 4 - On the USNH Enter Password page, enter your password and click Sign In. If required, verify your identity with one of your multi-factor authentication (MFA) sign-in methods.
Step 5 - From the Microsoft 365 landing page, click on the 9-dots waffle/grid "App Launcher" above the apps icons on the left-hand navigation menu, then select the OneDrive icon (a blue cloud).


Outcome
You are signed into OneDrive for your USNH school account.

OneDrive can also be accessed on a mobile device. The app is available for Android, iOS, and Windows mobile devices.
Instructions
Step 1 - Download and install the OneDrive app from your mobile device app store.
Step 2 - Tap on the OneDrive app.
Step 3 - Sign in to OneDrive using your username@usnh.edu (fully qualified username, e.g. jbd2519@usnh.edu).
Step 4 - On the USNH Enter Password page, enter your password and click Sign In. If required, verify your identity with one of your multi-factor authentication (MFA) sign-in methods.
Outcome
You are signed into OneDrive for your USNH school account.
